He studied office operations on site and listened to users' problems. He brought the fragmented process, where teams notified each other by email, into a single system, working on TMF services.

He managed the project and wrote the front-end and back-end code from the start until it went live. The platform is live.

Fleet leasing mobile app
He developed the native iOS code in Swift for a fleet leasing company's mobile app.

Outage notification platform
He developed new functionality in the Node.js codebase of a platform that sends around 1 billion messages a year. He worked with Oracle DB, Redis, message queues and call-centre WebSocket integration; he prepared a 30-working-day improvement plan and built the test environment that validated it. He provided support during faults and outages.
Front-end development
Relay monitoring and notification system
He developed the front end of the system that reports relay open, close and fault events; engineers learn of an event instantly and can respond.
Mobile and web development
React Native and Next.js
He built mobile screens, navigation flows and reusable components in React Native from Figma designs. He set up multilingual support and contributed to the web interface with Next.js.

Travel booking app
He developed end-to-end multilingual support in the car rental, hotel and ferry modules; he updated the ferry and car rental screens from Figma designs.

Native iOS app
He developed the entire iOS app with Swift and SwiftUI (MVVM, unit-tested). He built the Wi-Fi communication that lets users open and close curtains remotely.
